My Background
ALL OF THE EMJAY STUDIOS RANGE WAS ORIGINALLY HAND SCULPTED BY MY POP. You may have seen my Dad selling these creations at Eumundi Markets for many years, he has since retired and it’s now my turn to carry on the family faces of Emjay Studios!
(I won’t be doing any markets at the moment though)
A tid bit about me...
I’ve had a few people who thought they were meeting up with a fella to pick up their orders haha...so thought I’d just clarify that I am female. So here’s a gumby pic of myself with my busted up dry hands (from excessively washing and sanitising these last few months) Tried to get our awesome succulent collection in the background of the pic and failed.
So Emjay is actually my Pops initials (MJ) and I am the 3rd generation of the Emjay Studios clan.
My name is Rikki-lee so I’m actually RJ ! I’ve always painted,sewed and made things since I was a lil squirt. I sign all my artwork by the name Peaz or Peazmint, Peaz is a silly nickname I got over 20years and has always stuck with me. Me and my partner run a page for our artworks (Reptavian Studios) We also have a lil Emjay running around creating her own lil works and helping me with the faces sometimes!
